This Return & Refund Policy applies to all tickets, bookings, products, and services offered by Shark The WaterWorld, operating under the trade name “Chahar Brothers”.
Welcome to Shark The WaterWorld. We strive to provide a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before purchasing tickets or services.
1. Ticket Purchases
All tickets purchased through our website, ticket counters, promotional partners, or any authorized sales channels are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a ticket has been purchased, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold.
2. Cancellation by Visitor
If a visitor is unable to attend due to personal reasons, including but not limited to:
- Change of plans
- Travel delays
- Illness
- Personal emergencies
- Incorrect ticket selection
No refund, cancellation, or rescheduling request will be entertained.
3. Park Closure or Operational Disruptions
In the event that Shark The WaterWorld is unable to operate due to:
- Government restrictions
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather conditions
- Technical failures
- Safety concerns
- Any force majeure event beyond our control
Management reserves the right to:
- Reschedule the visit date, or
- Provide an alternative solution at its sole discretion.
Any decision made by management shall be final.
4. Duplicate Transactions
If a customer is charged more than once for the same booking due to a payment gateway or technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.
Refunds for verified duplicate transactions may take 7–14 business days to reflect in the customer’s original payment method.
5. Failed Transactions
If a payment is deducted from your account but a ticket is not generated:
- Please contact our support team with transaction details.
- After successful verification, the amount will be refunded or the booking will be confirmed.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and bank.
6. Event or Promotional Bookings
Special events, promotional tickets, discounted offers, group bookings, school packages, corporate bookings, and seasonal promotions may have separate cancellation and refund conditions.
Such conditions, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of booking.
7. Service-Based Purchases
Amounts paid for optional services including but not limited to:
- Costume rentals
- Locker rentals
- Food coupons
- Special activity bookings
are non-refundable once the service has been availed.
8. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved by management:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment source only.
- Cash refunds may not be available for online transactions.
- Bank processing timelines may vary and are beyond our control.
9. Right to Refuse Refund Requests
Shark The WaterWorld reserves the right to refuse refund requests in cases involving:
- Violation of park rules
- Misconduct by visitors
- Removal from the premises for safety or security reasons
- Fraudulent claims or misuse of services
